Connecting YOU to the poor of Africa
A group of young people from Wendover are planning to visit Malawi in
August of this year. Mission Malawi 08 will be a 3 week trip for around
10 people. The mission will be focused around Blantyre and the Southern Region.
It will include a programme of activities over a two week period followed by
a week of travelling around.

Wendover Junior Football club has kindly agreed to collect unwanted football kits and boots
for Africa Link.

2007 was a year where Africa link was able to focus on fund raising and to re-evaluate its strategy
of support for the various projects we are associated with. This has led to an expansion in the
number of projects we seek to support and a formalisation of the relationship we have with a
number of projects.
